High Risk Foods

Well known company has a vacancy for a QAM who will be responsible for the Technical System Processes and management of technical staff associated

with the production of high risk foods.

Responsibilities:

Documentation – Create new documents and implement as necessary.
Ensure that no failures or non-conformances occur in the system.
Review procedures and policies as necessary.
Ensure allergen awareness and controls are in place throughout the facility.
Compile all relevant reports.
Manage environmental micro schedules.
Handle all technical purchases.
Ensure that expenditure is within the budget.
Manage the internal audit schedule.
Oversee supplier QA.
Make use of the FSSC 22000 guidance risk assessments.
Non-conformance management.
Training
Quality Management
Equipment calibration and annual testing.
Staff management.
Provide technical assistance to NPD.
Ensure all food safety systems are maintained.

Requirements:

BSc Food Science or sim
3-5 yrs exp within the high risk industry
Exp managing production and quality management systems
Proficient in word, excel and powerpoint
Internal and external auditing skills
